Shipping Policy - Lee's Crafts and Creations

At Lee's Crafts and Creations, I strive to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible. I currently us the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS for shipping.

Processing & Shipping Time

• Order's are typically processed and shipped within 5 to 20 days, depending on the product ordered and how many orders placed.
• All orders are shipped via Standard Service.
• Once Shipped, most packages are delivered with 7 to 10 business days. 
• Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Holidays.

While I make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Lee's Crafts and Creations cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond my control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, or postal delays.

Shipping Charges & Responsibility

• You will only be charged for the items shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax charges. 
• Once an order has been dispatched, Lee's Crafts and Creations is not responsible for any loss or damage to the package.
• If your package is delayed or does not arrive, please contact the postal service directly using the tracking number provided: 
• USPS (for U.S.customers) or UPS customer service.
•  Your local postal service (for international customers)
  

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
