At Lee’s Crafts and Creations, every item is handmade with care. Due to the nature of custom and handmade products, all sales are final.
Refunds & Replacements
- Refunds or replacements are not offered for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged after shipment, as these situations are outside of my control.
- Refunds will not be issued if you simply change your mind or do not like the product once received.
Errors on My Part
If there is a mistake with your order due to an error on my end, I will gladly refund your payment or recreate the item at no additional cost.
However, to move forward:
- You must provide clear proof (photos and/or description) that the error was mine.
- Once the issue is confirmed, I’ll work with you directly to resolve it as quickly as possible.
