Shipping & Delivery Policy
Please note that shipping and delivery times can vary based on the specific product(s) ordered and the volume of orders we receive.
Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 to 21 days, depending on the product ordered and how many orders placed.
- All orders are shipped via Standard Service.
- Once Shipped, most packages are delivered with 7 to 10 business days.
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or Holidays.
You will receive an email notification once your order is completed and ready to ship, which will include a tracking number.
While I make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Lee's Crafts and Creations cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond my control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, or postal delays.
Shipping Charges & Responsibility
- You will only be charged for the items shipped, along with applicable shipping and tax charges.
- Once an order has been dispatched, Lee's Crafts and Creations is not responsible for any loss or damage to the package.
- If your package is delayed or does not arrive, please contact the postal service directly using the tracking number provided:
- USPS (for U.S.customers) or UPS customer service.
- Your local postal service (for international customers)
Unfortunately, I am unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
