- All items are handmade. Please allow 7–21 business days for processing before shipment.
- Processing times may vary depending on product type and order volume.
2. Shipping
- Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
- Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–21 business days.
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
- I am not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages after shipping. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for issues.
3. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
4. Returns & Refunds
- All sales are final. Refunds or replacements are not offered for lost, delayed, or unwanted items.
- If there is a clear error on my part, I will offer a refund or replacement. Proof must be provided.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. I am not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
